Professor Sanders was a sick bastard, and his new lady wasn’t
far behind, they had recorded the whole thing.
When we got home, I summoned a demon. Mainly because I
didn’t want to go to Springfield either.
I handed him three USB drives, and gave him instructions.
He turned to smoke and disappeared. I practiced multi-tasking my magic for a
while. It would take time even for a teleporting demon to finish the job. He
was to make three copies of the video, on which not only was Mrs. Sanders
killed, but the professor and girlfriend mocked Dana’s stupidity. It was all
on there.
One would go to the chief of police, another would go to the
head of the violent crimes division in the Chicago branch of the FBI, the last
would go to the governor in Springfield. He’d need it, mostly to justify his
actions, because the demon was going to bamboozle him into giving Dana Ellis a
full pardon for the gross miscarriage of justice.
Maintaining five magical things at the same time, while
being kissed and teased by a succubus was hard, I figured we had about an hour,
so I took her upstairs. We played between the sheets, until the demon got
back. Then it was a few spells to clean up, and we were headed back to the
correctional facility to pick her up.
I imagined a warden doesn’t drag his feet, when the governor
calls and issues a pardon. We were only waiting about fifteen minutes, when
she walked out with a dazed and shocked look on her face. I waved her over to
the car.
She slid in next to me, and I was in the middle, with Malina
on the other side.
“Hey Dana, you okay?”
She nodded numbly and looked up at me, “I just can’t believe
it’s true. You…” she trailed off and started to cry. At first, I thought it
was because she was worried about the deal, and sleeping with me. But nope,
she hugged me and started to sob on my shoulder. I wasn’t too bright
sometimes, so it took me a minute to realize she was grateful to me, for
getting her out of that hellhole.
I held her close as she got it all out. She was an
attractive woman, and being a guy the protective feelings inspired by a
distraught woman started to change to desire, as her soft supple body lying
against mine had the predicable effects.
Malina was exuding a slight sexual aura as well, which
seemed to be slowly shifting the atmosphere in the car. I wasn’t going to turn
down any help either.
“It’s okay Dana, you’re fine now, and the piece of shit that
did this should be in jail by nightfall.”
Lilliana had done some work for me, set up accounts, bought
some properties through several twisted paths and fronts so it would make it
hard for my enemies to track it all. I’d figured something like this might
come up, and undoubtedly would again.
She finally stopped crying, but I continued to hold her and
she didn’t object. I released her when we arrived at the building that housed
her new small two-bedroom condo.
“Come on, you’re home.”
She got out of the car, and waited for me. She was quiet,
but didn’t look like she was lost and in shock anymore. She looked a little
nervous, but that was pretty normal considering her day. I walked her to the
condo, and opened it up.
She walked in and looked around, it was already furnished,
but it had no personal touches, she’d have to add those herself.
She asked nervously, “So… how do we do this?”
I smiled, “The way it’s normally done I’d imagine.”
She snorted, “Right. So you’ll get me drunk first then?”
I walked over and caressed her face and the side of her neck
lightly. She trembled under my touch, and I leaned down for a kiss. At first
it was very awkward, she was nervous and I had trouble matching her rhythm,
mostly because she was too flustered to have one. I didn’t think the problem
was attraction, I could tell by the way she looked at me she was attracted,
from the moment she’d walked in the visiting room, it was more
