to her with his hand on the knob. “Do not take that out Leslie. I mean it. Not until I say.”
He pointed at the coffee cup that had somehow remained upright on the desk during their tryst. “And that’s decaf sweetheart.”
Then he walked out the door, closing it behind him with a soft click.

Leslie closed the cash register drawer and said goodbye to the little boy and his mom, but her mind was on Alex. Well, him and the plug still firmly wedged in her ass. Thinking about his cock in her ass gave her a shudder she couldn’t suppress.
“ What’s with you?” Angie dropped a stack of books on the counter and started sorting through them.
Leslie shook her head. “Nothing. Hey, can you close for me tonight?”
Angie gave her a strange look, but shrugged. “Sure, if you need me to.”
“ Thanks.” Leslie gave her a quick hug and headed for the office to get her purse and keys. She needed to get the hell out of here before she had an orgasm in front of Angie and anyone else that happened to walk in.

Her cell phone rang just as she walked into the house, and she grabbed it from her purse. The name on the screen said ‘Alex’ and she grinned. When did he get hold of her phone and put his number in it?
“ Hey,” she said as she opened the refrigerator to see what she had for dinner.
“ Hey yourself. How about dinner?”
Leslie laughed. “Are you reading my mind now?”
His voice deepened, stirring something low in her abdomen. “If I was, I’d be offering desert instead of dinner.”
She laughed again, though her breath hitched just slightly. “I’m starving. When and where?”
“ I’ll be there in five.”

Alex parked in a small lot and opened her door, helping her from the car before turning toward a dark alley. Leslie looked around. The place was in one of the worst neighborhoods in the city. Why the hell were they here?
As if he were reading her mind again, he glanced down and smirked. “You’ll see.”
A few minutes later he opened a narrow red door and ushered her inside a small, quaint Italian restaurant that smelled like heaven. A short round man behind came o ut of a swinging door in the back and waved to Alex, then motioned to a table in the far corner.
“ Come here often?” Leslie asked with a smile. Alex just shrugged and held out her chair.
“ A friend of mine from college. Best Italian in the city.”
Two hours later Leslie had to agree with him. She was stuffed with pasta, bread, and wine. They ’d talked and laughed through dinner. Alex had asked her about her family and grimaced when she’d told him her parents had died in a car wreck several years before. They’d both been only children and so had she. Her grandparents had passed when she was a little girl.
He ’d tried to downplay his own loving family in light of her circumstances, but she was having none of it. She coerced him into telling her stories of growing up with two sisters, himself in the middle. His parents were still married, though his dad wasn’t in the best of health after battling cancer for two years. His mom took care of him the best she could, but relied on his sisters and himself to help out whenever possible.
“ That’s what I always wanted,” she told him. “A large family to help each other when they need it, siblings to fight with, parents to spoil their grandchildren rotten.”
Alex leaned over and gently took her hand in his. “You’ll have that one day. I promise.”
Tears burned the backs of her eyes at his words, and she quickly changed the subject.
    “How’s business?” she asked.
“ Busy. Seems like we’re getting more referrals from the referrals.” He grinned and gestured to the bottle of wine sitting on the table. Leslie nodded and he poured them both another glass. “What about the store? You’ve been busy lately.”
“ It’s okay,” she said, but he caught the worry in her tone.
    “ You sure?”
Leslie sighed. She hated to dump her problems
