again, harder and faster. Jada felt her legs begin to shimmer. The world around her seemed to be moving in and out of focus. Her hand moved to Brandon’s head. She ran her fingers through his dark hair, pushing his face farther into her slick folds. Pushing his tongue harder against her clit.
Her other hand went for her own nipple, squeezing it, twisting it. Brandon kept probing her with his tongue and his fingers at the same time. The friction was overwhelming.
“You like that, baby?” he growled.
    “Yes, keep doing it. Yes.”
His fingers moved faster. She couldn’t help but imagine him plunging into her with his giant shaft. Would she even be able to stand it? The vibration growing within her caused her to shake. Tension coiled out from inside of her all the way to her pussy. She knew he was bringing her to the precipice. The moment was more than sex. It was everything. His fingers were magical. Jada curled her back and lifted her cheeks off the rock, locking his head between her thighs.
“Make me come, Brandon,” Jada whimpered.
He jammed his fingers inside of her and placed his lips around her pearl, sucking the whole thing back like he was going to consume her, eat her raw. It was too much for Jada. The dam broke. The tension that had coiled within her broke loose like a raging tsunami. A wave of pleasure crashed through her.
“Yes!” she screamed loud enough for the whole forest to hear. “Yes, Brandon!”
In that moment of release, Jada saw stars. She felt pleasure she could barely imagine was real as the orgasm ripped through her. But Brandon kept sucking on her swollen clit and wouldn’t let go. He kept filling her with his fingers, harder and deeper. Her whole body quaked. Her knees shook and her legs fell limp. The orgasm went on and on, until as it finally, slowly subsided, she lay there exhausted, breathing deeply. Brandon looked up from between her legs, his face glistening with her juices.
“I’ll do anything for you, Jada. Anything.”
“Can you do that again?” she asked with a smile.
“I think that might have to wait,” he said.
“Why? Are you going to make me beg for it?”
Brandon flicked his chin and Jada glanced over her shoulder to see two hikers approaching down the path. Jada reached for her blouse.
“They’ll be plenty of time for what you have in mind,” Brandon said. “You and I are going to be together always.”
“I bet you say that to all the girls,” Jada said.
“No,” Brandon said, “I’ve only ever said that to you, love.”
    “Love?” Jada asked.
“Yes,” he kissed her deeply. “Love.”

    ************************

They walked back to town and Brandon brought Jada to the police station to give her statement. After that he saw her safely to her apartment and kissed her goodnight. The truth was, Brandon would have like nothing better than to spend the night with her, but after the two of them being together in the forest, he was worried that he’d come on too fast, too soon. He didn’t want to rush it with Jada. He didn’t want her to think that she was a plaything to him. That’s why he’d decided to slow it down. Because Brandon felt in the depths of his being that Jada was his mate. Not a one-night stand, not a diversion, but his mate, forever. Because bears mated for all time and whatever he did, he wasn’t about to screw it up.
Bears weren’t like other shifters. Wolves and others had extensive social structures, packs. Bears, though they sometimes gathered in clans, were more solitary. And when it was time for a bear to mate, a return to their place of birth was essential. Brandon well understood that, like a salmon swimming upstream, he had been drawn back to the place of his birth to find his mate. The problem was that Jada didn’t understand any of this.
Jada may have been born in Wild Summit, but it was unlikely that she knew of the existence of bear shifters. She wouldn’t know that it was very difficult to harm them and
