She knew that he would be going to Jahaba anytime soon and that it would all be a distant memory one day, but she wanted to confess her feelings to Ashton before he would leave. That was a risk she was willing to take as she knew that she had nothing to lose, except her entire future with Ashton, which was never hers in the first place.
    “Ashton, I know this will sound weird coming from a hot-headed girl like me, but you did it. In the last few months, you have certainly made me realize that you are the one for me. I have never believed in those fairytale romances or in the concept of star-crossed lovers, but you have made me believe in every possible thing in the world and beyond. Well, particularly the beyond. I don’t know how to say it or express my feelings to you because I have never been very good at all these things.
    I don’t know about our future. I know that one day you will leave me and go back to your home and I don’t know when that day would come. We have this moment – right here, right now and trust me, when I say this. At this moment, there is nowhere else where I would rather be. I am with you right now and I know that I have found my home in you. We don’t have any past. We don’t have a future. All we have is right now – the present and I love you in this right now. I love you, Ashton. I love you so much!”
    Lisa couldn’t be any more honest with her words. She leaned towards him and they both shared one of the most beautiful moments of their lives. Lisa became utterly emotional as she confessed her love for her. It was definitely not that easy for her, especially after knowing the future. But she did it.
