of the bed looked inviting, and Ryja realized he was tired too. He'd been up early making calculations and talking to Xorta III . He yawned, undressed, and lay beside his Earth woman. This didn't feel right.
Ryja pulled her into his arms, hoping he wouldn't wake her. Amber simply snuggled in his arms like a Asani , the Earth equivalent of a kitten. One more point for his computer. He was one male who enjoyed snuggling. He had never understood why a man wouldn't want to cuddle with a woman. A naked woman in your arms wasn't exciting? Weird.

Chapter Four
Amber awoke, stretched and opened her eyes. She blinked, wondering why the room was pitch black, and why there were stars overhead? She sat up, confused. “I wish I knew where the light switch was,” she mumbled.
At her words the black faded into a pale beige and the room was illuminated by hidden lights. It gave the room a cozy ambiance. “Ooh.” This wasn't the hotel room. Where am I? The last thing she remembered after lying on the hotel bed, was dreaming about that gorgeous alien.
Amber looked around at the bed she rested on. It was a huge, round affair. The coverlet was a puffy, silky material in swirling shades of blue. There was a thick, dark beige carpet on the entire floor, and several large pillows were strewn about. Probably had been on the bed originally.
She sat up on the edge of the very comfy bed and squished her toes through the lush carpet. Wonderful. Whoever decorated this bedroom loved luxury and sumptuous living.
Her stomach growled and she had a sudden urge to pee. Getting up, she was surprised to discover she was nude. Grabbing the sheet, she wrapped it around her, and then tried one of the two doors in the room. It was locked. The other opened into a small bathroom. The toilet was a strange shape, and the shower a cubicle glass enclosure.
Amber sat hesitantly. If she was dreaming and urinated, she would wet herself. She hated it when she was a kid and dreamed she sat on a toilet, only to awaken to wet clothes. Everything seemed normal after she finished.
She walked back into the bedroom. This couldn't be real, because if it was, then was Ryja real?
As if she had called him into being, the door opened and there he stood. Amber held her breath. He no longer wore the leather pants, instead a silver loose fitting one piece outfit covered his body. A shame that no flesh showed. It made him look alien, but still handsome. After the intimacies they'd shared last night, she felt a bit uncomfortable.
    "Are you hungry?"
She had expected other questions, but not that one. It was safe and put her more at ease. “Yes.” She stepped forward, plucking at his sleeve as he turned. “Are you real?"
A gentle smile lit his face. “I'm a real humanoid, and you are on my spaceship.” He spread his arms. “Everything is real.” Those beautiful blue eyes caught hers in a warm stare. “The sex was awesomely real."
She blushed. “I still don't know if I'm dreaming or not, but I would like breakfast."
"Your clothes are over there.” He pointed toward a chair by the bed.
Amber hadn't noticed them, but grabbed the clothes and dressed quickly in the small bathroom. After she came out, Ryja started toward the door he had entered through. She followed as he walked down a hallway.
"By the way, why was I locked in?"
"To keep you out of trouble."
    "Where am I?"
    "On my spaceship."
As odd as his answer was, it fit her list and subsequent dream. She stayed quiet, observing their pathway, which was a long grey hall with doors showing up intermittently. Unable to help herself, she asked, “What's behind door number one, two and three?"
He chuckled. “It's lucky I've studied your language and culture so extensively, or I wouldn't have any idea what you were talking about."
"Look,” he opened a door. Inside were all kind of machinery, blinking and making
    whirling noises.
    "Communication central."
Striding down the hall he opened
