    One day in March, Nigel was sitting in his ample Mayfair house with a very flighty Russian young lady called Marla who he had recently met in a local exclusive bar.   He knew she was only after his money but he didn’t care.   She was good company and came with other benefits; he didn’t see it as a long term thing but he was just enjoying the moment.
