in agreement and dismissed the notion. Khia was what you call an opportunist and always looked at a baller as a potential victim.
Although Nautica declined the offer, Khia had planted a seed that would stay in the back of her mind. She changed the subject before Khia got any more ideas. “Remember how we used to always talk about moving to New York and becoming big movie stars?”
“Yeah, I remember. Girl, we always said we were going to buy matching drop-top Benzes and shut down the Apple.”
“We can still do it. We just got to get out this ghost town-ass city.” Nautica sipped on her Coke. “Sometimes I wish I could get on a spaceship and just fly away from this mu’fucka.”
“That sounds like a plan, girl. Let’s make a pinky swear that we’re going to leave this city and hit the Big Apple and show them New Yorkers how real bitches do it.” Khia playfully held up her pinky and reached over the table.
Nautica smiled and locked pinkies with her cousin. Although they were being playful about it, they both were dead serious.
Nautica walked around in Zion’s place wearing a red lingerie set that she knew Zion would love. The velvet two-piece hugged her body tight as she walked around and lit the candles that she’d strategically placed around the bedroom. She had been dating Zion for nearly a month and a half and wanted to do something special for him. She had just popped an ecstasy pill and was preparing to give him the time of his life.
Zion had given her a key to his place just a week before, and she put it to good use that day. She’d called him and told him that she would meet him at his house in about an hour, which gave her plenty time to set up the bedroom. Her plan was to wait in the closet for him, and when he entered the room, she would come out and blow his mind. She glanced at the clock and smiled, knowing that he would be walking in any minute.
Just as she was about to turn on some slow jams, she heard keys jingling. She quickly grabbed the bottle of wine off the coffee table and hurried into the bedroom closet and hid. She could see the whole room through the shutters in the blinds. She held her breath, bottle of wine in hand, and heard him come into the room. But Nautica noticed it wasn’t her man in the room. It was Loon. He went straight to Zion’s safe and began to put in the combination.
Nautica didn’t want to hop out the closet and expose her half-naked self to Zion’s flunky. What the fuck is this nigga doing here? He has a key too?
As Loon began to put the money into the safe, a phone rang.
“Hello,” Loon said. “Yeah, I’m dropping it off right now. No, nobody is here. She didn’t make it here yet, I guess. Cool. Bye.” He flipped down his phone and emptied the rest of the bag.
That must have been Zion . Nautica wished that Loon would hurry up and leave. Loon began to exit the room, but then he stopped just before reaching the door and walked back toward Zion’s dresser.
    “What is this nigga doing?”
Loon looked around, probably to convince himself that the coast was clear, then reached into Zion’s top drawer, the place where Nautica kept her underwear whenever she overnighted at his place. Nautica’s eyes got big as golf balls when Loon took a pair of her underwear out and began to sniff them. He had an insane look in his eyes as he lay on the bed and pulled out his penis, all the while sniffing Nautica’s panties.
“What the fuck!” Nautica witnessed Loon masturbate right on her man’s bed. This nigga is nasty. She turned her head away in disgust when she saw the look on his pale, freckly face.
Seconds later, Loon released himself into Nautica’s panties and stuck them back into the drawer. He then got up and quickly left the room.
When she heard the front door slam, she came from out of the closet. “Oh my God, this nasty mu’fucka is foul as hell,” she yelled, ripping the blanket and sheets from the bed. She had to stop herself from gagging as
