didn't care for her. It was all a game to him, she was sure of that. Their whole experience together was a game and this was just another win for him. She was such a fool.
She needed to get away. Now!
He could have stopped her. Could have forced her to stay, but he didn't. He let her go.
Stopping her could make things worse. With a sigh he fell back onto the bed. Damn he was horny as hell and the taste of her pussy was still in his mouth, on his lips.
His front door opened and slammed shut. He could hear her running down his driveway. He was torn, every part of him screamed for him to run after her, stop her. to tell her how much he wanted her, how much he cared.
Boy did he need her body, that sweet, tight heat between her legs was almost his undoing. But, he also just needed her, smart mouth and defiant attitude and all.
He glanced over to his left and noticed that she was in such a hurry to leave that she forgot her bow and arrows. What type of man would he be if he didn't return those? Yes, it's the only the decent thing to do. Getting up, he walked over to the weapons. He picked up the bow first. It was a stunning hand crafted piece made of wood and ivory. There were etchings in the ivory, symbols of some sort, hunters markings he imagined. He then picked up the arrows and flung them over his back.
Chapter 4
"Damn, damn, damn!" Gina cursed repeatedly as she slid behind the driver's side of the SUV. She had forgotten her bow. The arrows were no big deal but the bow had been passed down to her from her grandmother who also happened to be a hunter. She had killed a good number of vampires in her day. She was a legend among hunters and vampires alike. She imagined her grandmother would be beyond ashamed of her behaviour. She would disown Gina if she knew that not only she allowed a vampire to touch her in such intimate places, but even left her heirloom bow behind as she fled from him.
"Ugh." Gina groaned as she pounded her fists against the steering wheel in frustration.
She could still feel his lips on her, his hands caressing her, and she had loved it. Loved it and craved more. She would have to deal with getting her bow back another time. She needed to get her emotions under control before she came face to face with him again.

He had no problem finding her house. Each time she would hunt him she would be careful to ensure she covered her tracks. She'd use alternate routes each time going home.
Gina would go out of her way ensuring she shook him, but he was just a little too smart for that. He had been here hundreds of times.
Normally, he would simply watch her. He'd watch her as she slept, ate, even as she watched television, on the odd few instances that she did decide to sit back and relax. He supposed it was slightly obsessive, but that didn't concern him.
Lance broke the window to the back door, slipped his hand in through the broken pane and unlocked the door from the inside. He felt bad for a moment but then considering she broke out his basement window, he would call them even. Besides, he was doing her a favour by returning her favourite means to attempt to kill him. As he considered it, he really questioned his sanity in this decision. It was just as well, she'd just go get herself a new one anyhow so might as well be the good guy and give her, her prized bow back.
He chuckled. A good guy was one of the last things he would have considered himself to be. There was just something about this particular hunter that got his blood boiling, made his desire rise to extents he'd never felt before.
He entered the kitchen. It was simple and virtually empty. He continued to walk through the house. The other rooms resembled the kitchen, in the fact that they were virtually barren of anything personal. Only the essentials. He supposed that dedicating your life to tracking vampires required that you didn't really set up much of a residence.
Harder to move on the fly if you have lots of stuff to worry
