    Glancing around for something to distract her from the horrible mental images, she found it very quickly in the stares of the aliens they passed.     The urge to cry assailed her. She struggled with it by force of habit. Her parents hadn ‟ t approved of such an indulgence. If anything happened to make one feel like giving in to their emotions, it was very likely the worst thing to do.
