too.”
    Georgina
pressed her lips together in an attempt to suppress her giggle. She’d be lucky
if she could take Harry away from work long enough to claim her, let alone
visit with a tribe of gangbanging warriors.
    After
ensuring she ate, Tai grabbed his spear and they left the settlement. The men
bid her goodbye with a solemn nod as she waved and the women grinned and waved
back.
    Georgina
followed his flexing buttocks in silence, her mind still a jumble of confusion.
She had spoken the truth when she said Tai and the other warriors had taught
her so much about herself. She wondered if the boring sex between her and Harry
wasn’t just his fault. She’d never told him of her needs and to be honest, she
hadn’t known what she needed. I know now though .
    Tai
lead her to a path that snaked its way up the hill and stopped. “Home.” He
pointed with his spear.
    “That
way?”
    “Home.”
He motioned again.
    “Right,
yes, of course.” She stared at him for a while. “Well, thank you, Tai. It has
been most…most interesting staying with you.”
    A
tiny smile twisted across his face and he bent to give her a kiss on the cheek.
“Georgie come back soon. Bring man. We teach him.”
    “We’ll
see, Tai. I’ll never forget you. Goodbye.”
    He
dipped his head to her and turned quickly, stalking his way back through the
jungle. She watched until his gleaming arse disappeared into the undergrowth
and with a sigh, started walking in the direction he had pointed.
    The
jungle gradually thinned out and she could just make out the outline of the
hotel. Thank God. She couldn’t wait to have proper bath and a stiff drink.
    As
she approached the hotel, she spied Harry at the entrance. He was talking with
several men, apparently instructing them on something. She scowled. He’d
probably spent all night ‘networking’ and hadn’t even noticed her
disappearance.
    He
glanced around and paused as his gaze alighted on her. Abruptly, he pushed
through the men surrounding him and sprinted over to her. One hand grabbed at
her arm as the other brushed over her hair and face.
    “Jesus,
Georgie, are you all right? What happened? I’ve been worried sick.”
    Georgina
stared into his dark eyes and her heart flipped. His chestnut hair was tousled,
his clothes rumpled and there were circles under his eyes. Throwing herself
into his arms, she wrapped herself tightly around him as he kissed at her hair
and face.
    “I
love you, Harry.”
    “I
love you, Georgie, so much. Where the bloody hell have you been? We’ve been
searching all night.”
    “Can
I explain in a bit? I could do with a bath.”
    “Of
course, of course. Come on then, let’s get you cleaned up.” He wrapped an arm
around her shoulders and escorted her into the hotel.
    Georgina
leaned her head against his shoulder and sighed. She loved him so much - how
could she have forgotten? Now she just had to pray he understood everything
that happened.

    Chapter
9: Confessions
    After
a thorough bath, Georgina began to feel almost human. Red marks still marred
her skin, criss-crossing her body. Wrapping a towel around herself, she joined
Harry in the bedroom where he waited anxiously.
    “Well,
are you going to tell me what happened? I thought you were dead.” He scraped a
hand through his hair. “Jesus, Georgie, I thought I’d lost you.”
    Sitting
on the bed next to him, she gripped his hand. “I know. But I’m okay, I
promise.”
    He
rubbed absently at her hand. “I’m sorry I neglected you. I should never have
left you alone. I would never have forgiven myself if you’d been harmed because
I was too busy to spend time with you. I swear, I’ll make more of an effort.
Hell, I’ll hire an assistant or something.”
    “Good,
because I want to spend more time with you, Harry, a lot more time.”
    His
dark brows knitted as he considered her. “You haven’t been interested in time
with me for a long time.”
    “I
know.”
    “So
what happened?”
    She
