all a crazy pack of wolves.
I washed up in the bathroom and gathered my things. Then I
grabbed a random t-shirt lying around on the floor. Looked like Sam’s.
I frowned as it was snug around my chest and arms. It would
have to do since my dress was in tatters. I didn’t see any pants I could get
into, but the shirt was at least long enough to cover my ass. I would get a lot
of looks going back up to my apartment.
“Where do you think you’re going?” a voice asked.
I turned around and smiled at Shaun. “I thought I’d get home
I guess.”
“No, you’re staying. We haven’t had breakfast yet or…” he
licked his bottom lip and wrapped his arm around my back. “We could make love
again.”
My eyes widened. “No! I need a rest.”
He laughed and shrugged. “Kidding,” he said and ran his
fingers through his long blond hair.
“Plus this was a one night stand thing right? I mean you
guys probably wouldn’t want to keep me around long,” I said. Saying it hurt
like hell, but it’s not like I was a prize to keep or anything.
Shaun pouted and shook his head. “What don’t you get about
mate?”
“I get what mate means,” I retorted.
“Do you know it means for life?”
“I know… Wait. What?” I asked. My heart hammered in my
chest.
Shaun leaned in and kissed me. Then he moved a strand of
hair out of my face. “We’re mates. You’re ours now. We claimed you. And you
complete our pack,” he said. “Well, except Brandon. He still needs to claim
you.”
I froze. “Really?” was all I managed to say.
“Really. So, stop being difficult.”
I nodded and giggled. “Okay,”
“Good. Let’s wake everyone and get some food. I’m starving,”
he said and took my hand.
I nodded and squeezed it back. Wow! Never thought I could score
one boyfriend. Now I have four! “Brandon fell asleep during…you know,” I said.
Shaun laughed. “I know. He’s going to be embarrassed when he
wakes up.”
I chuckled and wrapped my arm around him.
Already Connor stirred and kicked Sam away. Then he looked
at his desk and sighed. “You idiots owe me a new desk,” he said to Shaun and
stretched.
Shaun’s cheeks turned red and he nodded. “Will do boss,” he
said and shrugged at me.
I shook my head.
Things were sure going to be interesting. It was probably
going to be hard belonging to an entire pack, but in the end I bet it’d be
worth it. I’d be getting sexed up a ton, but there’s no way I was going to
complain.
