“Darlin’, I don’t know what kind of men
you’ve been with, but I’m far from done. How about we get a shower? That will
help revive us both.”
He rolled out of bed and held out his hand. Kaitlyn scooted
to the side of the bed and reached out. He folded his fingers around hers and
led her into the adjoining bathroom. It was bigger than the main bathroom and
had a large tub and a separate shower stall.
He watched her, wondering what she thought of the space. She
gazed around, a small smile on her face. “This is amazing, Derek.”
“I had it redone a couple years ago. Took out the small room
next door and converted it into the bathroom.”
“Whoever did the work did an incredible job. I love the tile
work.” The earth tones suited him and a naked Kaitlyn was the perfect
centerpiece for the space.
She glanced toward the mirror and then away. She brushed at
her hair. “I look a mess.”
He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her against him.
“No, Kaitlyn. You look well loved.”
She stilled in his arms but said nothing. He sighed,
ruffling the top of her hair. He wished he knew what she was thinking. He might
understand horses, but he’d never claim to understand women. They were confusing
creatures, but utterly fascinating, and none more so than Kaitlyn.
“Let’s get that shower.” He led her toward the tiled shower
stall and turned on the water, testing it until the temperature was right. “In
you go.” He guided her in and followed her.
Kaitlyn sighed and lifted her face toward the warm water. It
felt good against her skin, washing away sweat and the evidence of their
lovemaking. A woman well loved. If only. His words had pierced her
heart, making her realize just how vulnerable she was when it came to Derek.
It would be best for her if she left, but she had a feeling
Derek was going to hold her to the letter of their bargain. She was his all
night long. And, truthfully, as much as she wanted to leave, she wanted to stay
more. To experience being in his arms one more time.
He reached for the soap and began to work it between his
large hands until he’d built a thick lather. Then he reached for her. “Come
here.” He didn’t wait for her to move toward him but grasped her shoulders and
pulled her closer.
Derek started at her shoulders, spreading the soap down her
arms and over her hands. Then he went back up and traced her collarbone. “So
delicate, but so strong.”
She briefly closed her eyes and simply absorbed the wonder
of having him wash her. His soap-slicked hands curved around her breasts. She
opened her eyes and laughed when he tweaked her nipples, leaving them covered
in tiny bubbles.
Her torso was next. Followed by her stomach and hips.
    “Lean against the wall.”
She did and sucked in a breath when her back hit the cooler
tile. “Cold,” she muttered.
    “Not for long,” he promised.
Derek bypassed her pussy and crouched in front of her as he
continued to wash her legs, rubbing and caressing. “I love your long legs. I
want them wrapped around my waist while I’m fucking you.”
The warm water pummeled them both. Derek’s skin was slick,
his hair plastered to his skull. Beads of water lovingly traced the thick bands
of muscle that ran down his arms and stomach.
Heat washed over her, pushing aside the last of the chill.
“Then why don’t we do just that.” Was that her sultry voice giving him a
come-on? Yup, it was. Derek brought out a side of her that was playful and
sexy, womanly and sensual.
He chuckled and eased her legs apart. “I think I’ll do just
that, but first I need to do this.” Slippery, soapy fingers slid into her
pussy. Kaitlyn cried out and slapped her hands against the tile for support.
There was no part of her he didn’t touch, didn’t claim as his own.
“That’s it, Kaitlyn. Let me make you feel good.” The low
crooning of his voice was another caress on its own. It slid over her and into
her, heating her blood and warming her
