    I have half an hour before boarding my plane and I pull out my phone to call Rayne and let her know what happened and that I won’t be meeting her for dinner. As I scroll through my contacts, my stomach drops and I have a moment of panic… In nine days, I never got her number!
    I punch in the number for the front desk at the hotel and ask to be connected. They ask for her name and I realize I only have her first name. The flustered young man at the front desk tells me he can’t help me with just the first name and apologizes as I start to swear. I’m getting nowhere, so I end the call.
    My plane boards and I turn off my phone as we head for home.
    I have no way to contact her. No name, no number, and no idea where she lives. Fuck me!

    “Dade? Dude are you listening to me? Where the hell are you?!” Liam kicks me and I snap out of my daydream.
    Turning to look at him, I glare. “What?”
